ha, i love it!
i ain't superstitious.
haha, i love how everyone realizes that farmio calls for a bloop and a blast before the start of every inning. great work again, carl.
"I scouted Jon Garland in Granada Hills California when he was in high school and I've known Jon and his family a long time ..... I'm going to say this right now, Jon Garland is going to be a 20 game winner, yeah, I think he has the best sinker in the league." - El Farmio
El Farmio drives me nuts. Give me the Hawk errr, "Parrot" any day of the week. The comics are funny though!
You can't dislike Farmio -- he's part of the Sox culture! Carl, your fame is spreading -- the blog "Jay the Joke", which keeps track of the silliness that Jay Mariotti writes in the Sun-Times, has mentioned Palehose Six a couple of times and posted links to your page. Cool! http://jaythejoke.com/blog.htmlNow we need to get the Palehose URL on the big screen at the Cell during a game. :)
before every inning? farmio calls for a homer at least once during each at bat: "if crede goes deep here, it'll be number thirty on the year . . . yeah." and that little singleton tiki is hysterical—i do still miss rooney, but i also love the way that singleton gives farmio subtle jabs every now and then.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
