Sinking
Come back Friday for the last installment of Palehose Six.
this is going to be one of those season ending cliff hangers... like who shot JR or who shot MR Burns or who blew up the Melose Place complex... isn't it?
Keep it going through the playoffs and the off season. I'm sure the good Captain will make an appearance as a media fish. I'll buy a shirt if you follow suit with any off season moves. I'd love to see the other ships docked in the Post Seas. There is plenty out there to keep things going, in some way or another.
I hope Friday is the last Palehose Six cartoon...with Sunday being the first Palehose Seven! It would be a great loss to White Sox fans around the world if you stopped drawing, Carl.

If I were to venture a guess, it looks like the end of Captain Hand as we've come to know him. Hopefully he will not sink to the depths of Billy Koch's locker and soon wash up on an island specifically set up for bunting, hit-and-run situations and other important fundamentals.
captian hand should be saved by the ghost of shoeless joe jackson and the two should spend the off season floating in a life raft discussing how captian hand could make the team better.
The PaleHoseSix should not have sunk (just yet). The ship should've been allowed to fire a few shots across The Twinkerbell's bow. Maybe, Cap'n Hand can go into a dream state and envision such a thing? Send The Twinkerbell hobbling into the post seas to meet the Yankee Clipper and experience it's doom.
Thanks for the great season of the strip. Reading it has made the second half of the '06 season less untolerable for me and many other dissapointed White Sox fans.

Please don't stop the Palehose Six... maybe the ship needs some retooling before it sets sail again.
