Radio Interview and Crew Shirt

I am going to be interviewed by Chris Rongey on the White Sox Weekly radio show on Saturday 8/19. The show is on 670 am, The Score, from 10am to noon. I will most likely be interviewed during the 10 o'clock hour. If you are outside of the Chicagoland area, you can listen to the Score live over the internet. Tune in!

Also, by request, new Palehose Six T-Shirts featuring the Palehose Six crew are available at CafePress.

Excllent! I must have that clock -- got just the spot for it.

And if you put that design on a messenger bag, I'll get one and carry it to work and really show up my Cub-fan boss with his boring Swiss Army briefcase. LOL!

Thanks, Carl. The shirt and clock are perfect. I'll be ordering mine today. I will be out during White Sox Weekly and will not have access to radio. Sorry I have to miss the interview.

  7. Well, the radio interview is over. I was pretty nervous. I'm probably better off letting my art speak for itself, or just letting Chris Rongey tell everyone how much he likes it. Thanks Chris!

    Carl,

Don't feel bad. I had a microphone stuck in my face a couple of times before the first Division Series game last year and sounded a whole lot worse than you did. You sounded nervous, but you did just fine.

Carl, you sounded just fine. I had a microphone stuck in my face a couple of times before the Division Series last year, and sounded like a complete idiot. You sounded nervous, but you did a whole lot better than I did!

I take it you knew you were going to be interviewed. Rongey was feeding you all sorts of meatballs and you whiffed on all of them.

I guess when you do not spend a lot of time in the spotlight it's hard to be eloquent.

You guys aren't the second city for nothing.

Um yeah, the term "Second City" has nothing to do with New York. Yes, you arrogant fool, some things in the world actually have a non-NY orgin and purpose.

Chicago is called the second city because the first one burned down in 1871 in an event commonly known as "The Great Chicago Fire".

    NYC Bankee,

Chris Rongey did an excellent job interviewing Carl.

What Carl needs is people like Chris to recognize his talent and maybe help open a few bigger doors for him.

    Carl, thanks for the laughs.

Chris, Thanks for giving us a little more insight into the Sox fan who draws this strip.

Gee anonymous, class act you are. You can double as a Red Sox fan or Ozzie's speechwriter.

bankee, you wouldn't know class if you scraped it off the bottom of your shoe.

Well I definitely wouldn't find it on the South Side of Chicago.

Besides we did you humps a favor this weekend by beating the other set of hosers. You guys just couldn't do much to hold up your part of the deal.

Hey bankee, here's a quarter, call someone who cares.

Obviously won't call the White Sox as they quit caring. Defending World Series champs indeed.
